Annuity future value
Accumulate equal payments using a periodic rate and beginning/end payment timing. Estimate only; verify assumptions, fees and taxes.
Convert the per-period percentage to a decimal r. End-of-period future value is payment × ((1 + r)^periods − 1) ÷ r, and beginning payments multiply that by (1 + r); at zero interest, value is the payment total. Output separates future value, contributions and interest.
