Loan amortization schedule
Build a monthly principal/interest schedule for a fixed-rate fully amortizing loan. Estimate only; verify assumptions, fees and taxes.
The monthly decimal rate is the nominal annual percentage divided by 1200, used in a fully amortizing annuity formula. The schedule allocates each payment to interest and principal, with the final payment adjusted to clear the balance.
